Made sure our best interests were protected

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Winter Springs, FL.  Kim found the perfect home for us, the first one we looked at.  She negotiated the contract skillfully and made sure our best interests were protected.  She is a delight to work with, very thorough and well informed about the area.  She even helped arrange a move to get us here!
